Funded clients. Paid in full, up front.

Criminal defense and civil litigation attorneys, bail bondsmen and tow yards: when a client can’t pay the full fee, an investor funds it through S.A.F.E. and you are paid in full, up front. The client repays the investor, we do the collecting, and missed payments are never on you.

Built for the providers families call first

When a family is in crisis, the bill comes to you. S.A.F.E. makes sure it gets paid, so you can do the work you are licensed to do.

Criminal defense attorneys

Leads that arrive funded.

The client chooses you from our network when they apply. An investor funds the loan, and your retainer is paid in full, up front. You take the case without chasing the fee.

  • Full retainer, paid up front
  • Missed payments are not on you
  • You keep the client
Civil litigation attorneys

Take the case, not the payment plan.

Clients who can’t pay your full fee can finance it. An investor funds the loan, you are paid in full up front, and S.A.F.E. collects the monthly payments.

  • Full fee, paid up front
  • No balance on your books
  • Repayment risk stays with the investor
Bail bondsmen

Get paid without holding the note.

The fee is funded by an investor and paid to you directly. The investor holds the loan and S.A.F.E. services it, so you are not carrying installments or chasing payments, and your cash is free for the next bond.

  • Funded leads
  • No note to hold or service
  • More liquidity for your business
Tow and wrecker yards

Cars off the yard. Fees paid.

Eligible release fees are paid directly, so vehicles leave your lot faster and you are not waiting on an owner to raise cash. The goal isn’t to keep someone’s old car. It’s to get paid, and we pay.

  • Release fees paid directly
  • Vehicles cleared sooner
  • Better cash flow

Three steps from lead to paid

You keep the client relationship. S.A.F.E. simply closes the capital gap so the borrower can afford your services.

01

A client selects you.

The borrower chooses you from our network when they apply. You receive the lead and can see it in your vendor account.

02

An investor pays you in full.

Once the client’s loan is active (approved and their first payment made), an investor funds it and you receive your full fee up front. You confirm receipt with one tap, and every confirmation is time-stamped.

03

We collect the payments.

S.A.F.E. services the loan and collects from the borrower for the investor, backed by the borrower’s voluntary payroll deduction agreement. If payments stop, the risk is the investor’s, not yours.

Our promise

The goal isn’t to take anyone’s car. It’s to get paid. We will pay.

When a fee goes unpaid, everyone loses. The provider waits, the family falls behind, and the work stalls. S.A.F.E. closes that gap so the people who help families get paid for it.

For your business

Paid, not pending.

Funded leads, paid in full up front. No balance to carry, no installments to chase, and no repayment risk.

For the family

Help before it compounds.

The fee is covered when it comes due, so a temporary crisis doesn’t become a lost job, a lost car or a lost home.

For the community

Families stay stable.

Together we keep families stable and services paid for across Fulton, DeKalb and Clayton counties.

If a borrower stops paying, it’s not on you

Your fee was paid in full, up front, and it stays paid. The risk of missed payments sits with the investor who funded the loan, not with you.

S.A.F.E. handles loss mitigation, not punishment. We reach out to the borrower, work out payment arrangements, and use the voluntary payroll deduction agreement they signed.

Questions from providers

How do attorneys get paid when a client can’t afford the retainer?

When an approved client finances the fee, an investor funds the loan and the attorney is paid the full retainer up front. The client repays in fixed monthly payments and S.A.F.E. services the loan, so the attorney never carries the client’s balance.

When do I get paid?

Up front. Once the loan is approved, an investor funds it and you receive your full fee. You confirm receipt with one tap, and every confirmation is time-stamped.

Do I have to hold the note or collect the payments?

No. The investor owns the loan and S.A.F.E. services it, collecting from the borrower with the backing of the borrower’s voluntary payroll deduction agreement. Your fee is already paid.

What happens if a borrower stops paying?

It is not on you. Your fee was paid in full up front, and the risk of missed payments sits with the investor who funded the loan. S.A.F.E. handles loss mitigation: we reach out to the borrower, work out payment arrangements, and use the voluntary payroll deduction agreement they signed.

Which fees qualify?

Attorney fees, bail bond fees, court-related expenses and impound or tow release fees, up to $5,000, for eligible borrowers in Fulton, DeKalb and Clayton counties.

Who keeps the client relationship?

You do. We rely on you to manage the borrower’s relationship and expectations, as you do today. S.A.F.E. simply closes the capital gap so the borrower can afford your services.
