Security Structure

Contracted Police Officers serve as the core of our specialized Strike Team, brought in specifically to intervene and de-escalate situations to prevent violent outcomes. These officers are POST-certified and come from various counties, but it’s important to note that this is a privately funded effort—no public funds are used to cover these costs.

The “Take, Clean and Keep” Response for Decommissioning Encampments:

  1. After our strike team decommissions an encampment, a cleanup crew is deployed to remove debris and clutter, with pressure washing conducted when necessary. This process is carried out under the supervision of an armed guard and foot patrols to ensure security and prevent re-encampment.
  2. For the following 30 days, an armed guard with foot patrols remains on-site to reinforce stability. After this period, security transitions to unarmed foot patrols for an additional 60 days, maintaining a presence and monitoring for any resurgence of activity.
  3. Each shift will conclude with a Daily Activity Report sent to you, detailing the security activity and any incidents.
