Contracted Police: Armed Guards
In targeted areas, we deploy our RED DOG UNIT to neutralize narcotic markets and bolster protection with a layer of armed guards for sustained public safety.
Beautification Efforts: C.L.E.A.N.
C.L.E.A.N. (Civic Landcare Enhancement Alliance Network) mobilizes community service volunteers and neighbors to enhance aesthetics and deter vandalism through tasks like trash pickup, sticker removal, graffiti covering, and touch-up paint. These efforts foster a safer, welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
Project Oversight: Monthly Monitoring
We provide rigorous year-long supervision to ensure funded non-profit projects meet deadlines, comply with agreements, and deliver promised outcomes.
Transparency Report
Project oversight to track capital and human resource allocation to produce deliverables—paired with progress monitoring, budget audits, and proactive issue resolution— ensures accountability. These reports are shared with funders, safeguarding resources and aligning outcomes with community priorities.
Accountability Enforcement
When a nonprofit fails to fulfill its commitments, we take action to enforce accountability. This includes issuing press releases for transparency, filing complaints with agencies such as the Department of Justice (DOJ) and Secretary of State (SOS), and formally documenting instances of noncompliance.
